Back in September, we kicked off our comprehensive training program, led by Training and Development Coordinator BD Laprad and trainers David Schmidtner and Rodney Chaplin.

We’ve just wrapped up backhoe training and are currently focusing on broom training. So far, there’s been a lot of improvement and a positive attitude from the team as they come in eager to learn new skills.

Rodney and David have been doing an excellent job teaching other team members, and it’s great to see those skills being applied in the field.

BD Laprad shared his excitement for the program, highlighting how it gives our employees the opportunity to grow. Looking ahead, we plan to offer training across all divisions.

We’re looking forward to continuing this journey of growth and development, so that our people have every chance to grow and thrive in everything that they do.
