This past summer, Jack Wright, originally from Greenville and a Clemson graduate, had the opportunity to intern with Banks Construction. Jack shares his thoughts on the experience and how it helped him in his current role as a Contract Administrator.

“I greatly appreciated the opportunity to participate in the internship program this past summer. Despite having no prior experience in construction or asphalt, I was impressed by how actively involved we were from day one. The combination of field and office work offered a comprehensive understanding of the daily processes involved in completing a project. This experience also provided valuable insights into each component, which has been instrumental in my current role as a Contract Administrator.”

Jack continues to recommend the internship program, noting that it’s not just for those pursuing a degree in construction. “There is a wealth of knowledge to be gained beyond the construction field, and Banks excels in numerous areas,” he says.
