The Vaughn Ed Kee Parkway / (Rifle Range Rd. Project) is officially complete.
Asst. Vice President, PMO Brian Jones shares “The Banks Construction Team successfully completed the construction of Vaughn Ed Kee Parkway in Mount Pleasant on 10/31/2023. This new road, which connects Rifle Range Road to US17, will alleviate traffic congestion in the Mount Pleasant community and ultimately service a new Charleston County Parks and Recreation facility.”
On November 1st, this parkway opened following a dedication ceremony and ribbon cutting in honor of Officer Kee who lost his life in the line of duty in 1985 protecting the citizens of Mount Pleasant.
