Plant Superintendent Bryan Ollek shared why the Plant team chose Donald for this recognition:
“We chose Donald because he pitches in wherever he’s needed—from plant duties to feeding the plant, feeding the crusher, and unloading railcars. If someone is out for the day, he steps up and is a true team player. His work ethic is outstanding, he grasps tasks quickly, and he does a great job with all of his responsibilities.”
