Since Banks implemented the Operational Continuous Improvement (OCI) program, we have completed three CLAIRe events. It is important that we maintain our equipment, but it is even more important that our crews have the necessary training in order to detect and prevent equipment issues.
Each CLAIRe event engages different participants to work on various pieces of equipment. This December, our utility crews worked diligently to breathe new life into a backhoe and broom, two types of equipment that they use every day.
