We encourage our people to be involved and engaged in trade organizations and professional groups. Recently, one of our own joined the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). NAWIC is a professional organization founded in 1953 providing education, mentorship, networking and philanthropy opportunities to a recognized minority in the construction industry. Amanda Redick, our Estimating Coordinator, joined as a Charter member and has recently been appointed to the board, serving as Recording Secretary. Also serving the board of directors as Corresponding Secretary is our HMA Performance Metric Analyst, Savannah Hathaway.
