Ashley Phosphate was one of the largest and most significant projects Banks was fortunate to be awarded in 2002.
It consisted of a 2-lane road widened to 4 or 6 lanes with some sections having 2-4 lanes. Lots of interstate work, with 4 and a half miles of Ashley Phosphate beginning at Dorchester Rd. Thus, closing the gap between exposure to truly widening a road. The project was completed in December of 2005.
Pictured are some photos from the project construction and even a couple of throwback photos of one of our grading foremen, Joe Lanesky then and now. We are thankful for Banks team members like Joe who show first hand exactly how Banks has gotten where it is today. Through hard work and dedication to their team and what they do every day in servicing the Lowcountry of SC.
Our employees share our dedication to reliability and innovation and demonstrate the talent and drive to get the job done right and on time.
