Banks Construction held their annual Safety Awareness Week May 21st-25th. The week began with a kick-off meeting at the company headquarters. All employees enjoyed safety trivia, motivational speeches, and breakfast. Every employee received a hi-vis t-shirt, water bottle, and Sqwincher hydration pack.
An employee created slogan contest was held and the winning slogan was, “Safety First, Excellence Always!”. Thanks Sarah Penick for the great slogan! This slogan truly encompasses our core values. The kickoff event not only raised safety awareness but allowed everyone in the company to mix, mingle and build relationships.
